Well, thanks to a bad server this site is starting over. After thinking about it, it was just more trouble than it was worth to restore the backups, especially since a lot of them were outdated affiliate links for products that weren’t available anymore. So, I’m starting this again from scratch. That will include a new theme sometime in the next few weeks and in the meantime all new posts and article content.
I’m going to cover news from the intimate apparel corner of the fashion world, sightings of interesting lingerie on the web and all kinds of current tidbits on lingerie. There will also be paid posts with specific pieces of lingerie to purchase, but they aren’t going to be the dominant theme anymore.
I’m also going to take advantage of a feature in WordPress that either didn’t exist or was not very well developed at the time the old blog started - “Pages.” These are informational postings that sit outside the chronological order of the main “Posts”, have their own hierarchy and are usually listed in the sidebar separately. I’m going to use them for some more permanent reference pages on the subject of intimate apparel - it’s history, types of garments, materials - that aren’t as subject to “timeliness” issues and that ought to be more readily at hand for you, my dear reader.
As I move forward, your suggestions are welcome. Thanks for your past patronage and welcome back to the new Sweet Nothings - The Lingerie Blog.
